This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy applies to the "Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes Recipe" website and its associated content. We are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to request the removal of infringing content and for users to respond to such requests.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on this website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. Please ensure your notice includes all of the following information:

  2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on our website (e.g., specific URL(s) to the allegedly infringing content).
  3. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address (the complaining party's contact information).
  4. Good Faith Belief Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy and Perjury Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a DMCA Takedown Notice, and you believe that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a Counter-Notification. Your Counter-Notification must be in writing and include all of the following:

  • Identification of removed material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Perjury Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Subscriber's Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction Statement: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
